Iynky Maheswaran is responsible for product and marketing at Populis, for our suite of products across leadership solutions as well as our wellbeing range under the Rise Warrior Rise series.

 

Iynky is a senior business executive, investor, Board advisor with nearly 25 year experience in building and running startups to business units of multi national organisations with both, country and regional responsibilities. 

 

His true passion lies in challenging  people to articulate their aspirations and ambitions in life and career and inspiring them to believe in them by coaching, mentoring and imparting insights and learnings from his own experiences. He strongly believes this purpose is critical as a father, leader in organisations, community and society at large. 

Iynky has lead large diverse, multi national and cross functional teams  in transformational efforts in digital, business turnarounds and new market entry for products, service and solutions. Iynky has an MBA from Australian Graduate School of Management, BEc from Sydney University, Managing Risk in the Information Age ( Cybsecurity) from Harvard University.
